For those of you who have just joined the conversation about my celery plant: I am growing an organic celery stalk without seeds on my windowsill. I am really excited to try my first baby celery stalk in the next week or so. Has anyone started their own organic windowsill celery plant?

That looks like one very healthy little celery plant!
Brilliant stuff!
Thank you! I am really excited to taste it…
I have done this with green onions, but I’m definitely going to try celery next.
